Financial Wellbeing resources for staff

Supporting our Workforce Financial Wellbeing Pack - Midlands

Overview of Financial wellbeing support

The looking After our People Group has the following objective for 2022/23;

To promote existing financial wellbeing support offers for staff

The group to date, has identified the following offers available to providers and individuals.

Company/Offer

Details of offer

Outcome

How information distributed

Wagestream

Wagestream is a financial wellbeing app currently offered through employers like Bupa, Halfords, Pizza Express, Co-op and some parts of the NHS and it gives people a set of fair financial services built around flexible access to pay throughout the month.

No positive outcome as yet.

The view of the group is that the offer to providers should be a System wide offer (to NHS providers it is free but for non NHS providers it is £250 per month)

More work to understand how wagestream would interface with systems other than Allocate

We need to be clear on the benefits
